Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated Security Operator/Dispatcher. You will ensure seamless communication between Security Officers, clients, and management in high-pressure situations.
Your role involves handling calls and emails, dispatching alarms, and documenting incidents accurately to maintain site safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Dispatch alarm response calls effectively
• Initiate after-hour emergency service requests
• Document information into comprehensive reports
• Provide exceptional customer service under pressure
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in call centre, dispatching, or security work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• Knowledge of security protocols and situational awareness
