Ensure safety and security as a Casino Security Officer with Gateway Casinos. This casual role focuses on protecting guests while delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant entertainment environment.

As a Casino Security Officer, you will oversee security operations throughout the casino, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees. Your responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing facility access, and patrolling the property. You'll utilize your skills in incident investigation and report writing, along with excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain presence on the gaming floor for guest inquiries

• Control access to sensitive areas and manage security protocols

• Escort patrons and secure assets as needed

• Conduct patrols of casino property regularly

• Write daily logs and incident reports for record keeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in security roles

• Proven customer service skills with attention to detail

• Ability to stand, walk long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Completion of GSO training or relevant certifications

• Social perceptiveness with strong analytical skills
