Position: Security Investigator for TJX
Join TJX Canada as a Loss Prevention Store Investigator located in Mississauga, Ontario. Contribute to maintaining a secure atmosphere for Associates and customers through proactive measures and collaboration.

This engaging role involves using advanced surveillance methods and working alongside investigative teams to significantly impact store safety and profitability. You will be responsible for identifying incidents, collaborating with law enforcement, and ensuring that the store environment is protected from theft and fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent and report theft, aiding in civil and criminal prosecutions

• Implement store surveillance using CCTV and monitoring

• Support internal investigations related to dishonesty

• Collaborate with investigators on organized retail crime issues

• Report to and support District Loss Prevention Managers

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience; diploma in Loss Prevention preferred

• Strong background in security, military, or retail loss prevention

• Provincial security license needed; valid driver's license preferred

• Familiarity with retail crime laws

• Ability to pass a criminal record check
