In this overnight role, you will be a key member of our Operations Centre, facilitating real-time communication between Security Officers, clients, and management. You will manage high volumes of calls and emails, dispatch alarms, and address security requests. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, especially in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound communication effectively

• Dispatch alarm response and security service calls

• Document incidents in comprehensive reports

• Maintain composure in high-stress scenarios

• Adapt quickly to dynamic work environments

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or security

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
