Qualifications

License/Certificate: A valid security guard license required;
Class 5 Driving License required

Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties

Supervise, coordinate, lead and schedule security staff

Ensure that policies and procedures are followed and make recommendations for possible improvements

Ensure that contracted services are delivered and performed to company standards and encourage staff to put in the extra effort to provide an outstanding customer experience

Organize and implement training regiments

Prepare and submit daily performance, activity, progress, and incident reports

Maintain a state of preparedness in order to handle any urgent matter without delay

Evaluate and resolve problems and issues in a fair and reasonable manner

Maintain professionalism while presenting, discussing and resolving problems or issues with customers

Demonstrate the ability to work in various environments and under a wide range of conditions

Additional Requirements

Successful candidates will be required to complete a police background check.
