This role calls for strong engagement with customers and effective collaboration with Store Investigators, ensuring safety for all. You'll play a critical part in theft prevention while developing your leadership skills in a supportive retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store operations by greeting customers and responding to alarms

• Prevent theft and assist in suspect apprehensions during investigations

• Use CCTV and conduct surveillance throughout the store

• Work alongside Organized Retail Crime Investigators on external losses

• Collaborate with internal teams on dishonesty investigations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Security license required (where applicable)

• Retail Loss Prevention or related experience encouraged

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Must be 18 or older and pass a criminal background check
