Position: Security Officer Training Provided by Paladin
Begin your security career with Paladin Security's training program in Burnaby! This position offers unlicensed candidates a chance to gain the necessary BST certification at no cost.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to work in security and commit to at least 6 months of full-time employment post-training. The Basic Security Training course consists of one week of classroom instruction designed to prepare you for a variety of work settings, from government buildings to high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols to maintain safety

• De-escalate conflict situations efficiently

• Respond to emergency alarms as needed

• Control access points to secure facilities

• Write and file incident reports accurately

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and customer interaction skills

• Effective written and verbal communication in English

• Physically capable of long shifts in various conditions

• Legal right to work in Canada
