Asset Protection Partner

Sephora is hiring an Asset Protection Partner in Burnaby, BC to secure store assets against theft. This full-time role involves surveillance, compliance, and support for store operations.

In this position, you will work closely with the Leadership team to implement theft prevention strategies and perform regular audits. Conduct surveillance and articulate findings to enhance store security protocols while providing seamless service to clients. Training staff on loss prevention techniques is a key function of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales floor to identify and deter theft

• Conduct safety audits and communicate results

• Collaborate with mall security and law enforcement

• Train staff in loss prevention awareness

• Prepare incident and recovery reports

Requirements:

• One year experience in retail loss prevention

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

• High School diploma or equivalent
