Key Responsibilities:
• Perform surveillance and apprehend individuals committing theft
• Prepare reports on theft incidents and merchandise recoveries

• Collaborate on shrinkage prevention plans with various partners
• Provide ongoing training sessions for team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail loss prevention
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
