Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland.
Training Provided
Paladin & site specific LMS TrainingPSSP Cat 2 Training (LB1 and WHY assignments)Site-specific orientationExposure to SOPs / Security Operational PlansDuties
Conduct proactive exterior patrolsProtect project assets and critical infrastructureMonitor laydown and construction areasPerform access control dutiesDetect and report suspicious activityComplete detailed notebook entries and incident reportsMaintain a professional and visible security presenceRespond to emergencies and security incidentsRequirements
Valid BC Security Worker LicenseValid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstractReliable personal transportationStrong communication and report-writing skillsAbility to work independently during overnight shiftsEligibility to work in CanadaPreferred Qualifications
