TJX Store Investigator

Position: TJX Store Investigator Role
Shape security protocols at TJX Canada as a Loss Prevention Store Investigator. Drive safety and efficiency through effective theft detection and reporting practices.

This exciting opportunity involves engaging directly in loss prevention activities while supporting our commitment to a safe shopping experience. You'll utilize advanced surveillance techniques and work closely with law enforcement to tackle external thefts. Candidates with a strong work ethic and relevant experience in security, retail, or law enforcement are encouraged to apply and grow within our inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect and apprehend theft offenders and fraudulent activities

• Perform surveillance through CCTV and active floor monitoring

• Collaborate on investigations of organized retail crime

• Report incidents of internal dishonesty to relevant investigators

• Support District Managers on shrink opportunities and incidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention or Security preferred

• Provincial security license is mandatory

• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred

• Familiarity with the Criminal Code and retail crime applications
