Site Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Site Supervisor - Paladin Security
Drive site operations with Paladin Security as a Full-Time Site Supervisor. Oversee staff activities and ensure safety compliance while enhancing client services at the site.

In your role as Site Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Client Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily site operations. This position demands experience in security supervision, as you will assess risks, monitor safety standards, and conduct necessary training for team members. Your leadership will help in resolving issues and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce site policies and procedures effectively

• Conduct regular security evaluations and risk assessments

• Report identified health and safety deficiencies

• Train staff on safety and operational protocols

• Participate in local law enforcement collaboration

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security supervisory experience

• Valid BC Security license and Class 5 Driver's license

• Certification in Intermediate first aid

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

• Capability to carry out physical tasks as required
