Position: Operator, Security Command Centre Full-Time

This dynamic role involves coordinating between field staff, management, and subcontractors, ensuring a seamless flow of communication during security incidents. Candidates should possess at least six months of experience in a control center or call center environment, along with a valid B.C. Provincial Security License. Strong computing and customer service skills are essential for managing security systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alarms and respond as per procedure

• Maintain the Commander Connect Database for key management

• Administer photo  access card processes

• Answer and triage incoming service requests

• Conduct audits on security equipment and perform tests

Requirements:

• Valid B.C. Provincial Security License

• Minimum 6 months in Control/Operations/Call Centre

• Intermediate computer skills

• Basic Security Training

• Customer service training in security
