As a Control Supervisor, you will oversee operational tasks within our high-profile team, ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in challenging situations
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems for safety compliance
• Write detailed incident and emergency reports
• De-escalate crisis situations and liaise with emergency services
• Conduct communication for on-duty operations now and after hours
Requirements:
• Three years in the security industry
• One year in a dispatch or control officer role
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in programs like Avigilon and Microsoft
