With a minimum of six months in a control or operations center, candidates will direct security operations and manage critical communications. Excellent computing skills and customer service experience are vital for maintaining security protocols and addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms

• Administer key management and access control procedures

• Communicate effectively with guards and escalate issues

• Maintain operational logs and documentation

• Conduct audits and connectivity tests of security systems

Requirements:

• B.C. Provincial Security License mandatory

• 6 months in a similar role required

• Intermediate computer skills essential

• Basic Security Training must be completed

• Completion of customer service training for security
