Gateway Casinos provides a casual work environment where you will protect assets from theft and fraud while monitoring security protocols. Your responsibilities include maintaining presence on the gaming floor, responding to guest inquiries, and conducting investigations. Several key skills like strong communication and First Aid certification will be beneficial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor
• Control access to sensitive areas within the facility
• Monitor alarm panels and issue keys as required
• Write reports and maintain daily logs
• Provide First Aid and medical attention when needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of security experience
• High level of customer service skills
• Detail orientated and organized
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
