Position: Security Manager for Busy Shopping Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily security operations ensuring compliance with policies

• Oversee incident management, reviewing investigations and complaints

• Coach supervisors and staff to promote teamwork and service

• Maintain safety standards and compliance with health regulations

• Build strong client relationships through communication and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years security experience; two years in a supervisory role

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification preferred

• Experience in retail or shopping centre environments preferred

• Strong knowledge of incident investigation and emergency response

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CCTV applications
