In this role, you will lead the charge in handling residential claims efficiently. Your responsibilities will include investigating claims, reviewing policies, and ensuring ongoing communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle residential claims per guidelines
• Review policy documents to evaluate coverage
• Provide ongoing status updates to clients
• Determine appropriate settlement based on assessments
• Establish and adjust claim reserves accurately
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in personal property claims
• Familiarity with managing complex cases like total loss
• Experience collaborating with contractors
• Understanding of Xactimate preferred
• Compassionate and customer-focused mindset
