Automation and Mechatronics Specialist

Pay Rate:

$45 – $55 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
Shift:Full-time position with approved overtime when required

• Work with an industry leader in marine control and monitoring systems

• PLC and Embedded Systems Integration – Programming, HMI creation, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
• Field Service Installation & Maintenance – Travel as needed to install and repair systems
• Technical Documentation – Prepare manuals, procedures, and service reports
• Project Management & Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, technicians, and regulatory bodies

• PLC Programming & HMI Creation (Opto
  22 or Siemens S7‑1200 experience is an asset)
• C, C++, or C# programming familiarity is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use hand tools, multi‑meters, and oscilloscopes
• Valid Driver’s License for local travel
• Ability to travel internationally, including to the US
