RN​/RPN in Crisis Response Services

Take on a vital role in mental health intervention as an RN/RPN in Mobile Integrated Crisis Response Services. Collaborate with emergency teams to deliver immediate care and support to individuals in crisis.
This part-time relief position focuses on providing crisis stabilization and treatment options for clients in need. You will assess situations in realtime, liaise with police, and manage medication protocols effectively. Your ability to navigate complex cases will ensure that individuals receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site emergency mental health assessments

• Collaborate with law enforcement for crisis responses

• Create and monitor personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions

• Engage in crisis management and quality improvement projects
Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized nursing or psychiatric nursing program

• At least two years of relevant experience

• Current registration with nursing authorities in BC

• A valid BC Driver's License is essential

• Required enhanced security clearance
