We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in collaborative environments. This position involves direct engagement with Indigenous students and families, helping to address their social and emotional needs. You will work alongside educational teams and community partners to design and implement support programs tailored to the youth's unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and provide outreach to vulnerable Indigenous youth

• Collaborate with school teams to implement support interventions

• Facilitate parental involvement in student planning

• Advocate for students during necessary educational meetings

• Connect students with community resources and agencies

Requirements:

• Degree in human relations or social sciences

• Two years of community relations experience

• In-depth knowledge of Indigenous cultures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid B.C. Driver's License (Class
5)
