Empower youth on their career journeys with Aunt Leah’s Employment Program as an Employment Outreach & Support Worker. Provide key coaching and resources to overcome employment challenges and achieve success.

In this temporary part-time role, you will support young adults facing barriers to employment by offering tailored coaching in résumé writing, interview preparation, and goal setting. Your work will directly impact their paths toward meaningful education and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships and support employment readiness

• Provide individualized coaching and goal-setting support

• Facilitate employment workshops and mock interviews

• Conduct assessments to identify barriers and skills

• Connect participants with training and employment resources

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in social support, youth engagement, or coaching

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Police Information Check

• First Aid Level C with CPR certification

• Willingness to obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training
