Become a Program Coordinator with Hall Towers in Burnaby, ensuring the effective delivery of housing programs. Lead a dedicated team while fostering tenant independence and community connections.
As a temporary full-time Coordinator, you will handle daily operations of the Enhanced Supported Housing program. Responsibilities include client interviews, staff management, crisis intervention, and budget oversight. Your leadership will help create a supportive and safe atmosphere for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments for housing program suitability
• Direct staff assignments and oversight
• Develop and revise individual resident plans
• Advocate for client needs with external services
• Ensure residence safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
• B.A. in Behavioral Science or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of three years' experience in mental health services
• Leadership training with a strong team management record
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders and service planning
• Completion of a criminal record check essential
