Make a difference with Aunt Leah’s as a Part-Time Employment Outreach & Support Worker. Help young adults overcome barriers while building their skills and confidence on the journey to meaningful work.

In this temporary part-time role, you will empower youth facing employment challenges by providing individualized coaching, goal setting, and practical skills development. Collaborating with community partners, you will connect participants to valuable training and employment resources while also offering support in résumé and interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with participants for effective coaching

• Provide individualized goal setting and action planning

• Facilitate mock interviews and professional workshops

• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and barriers

• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in employment support

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent

• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required

• First Aid Level C with CPR certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Support youth in achieving their career goals through dedicated employment coaching and hands-on assistance.
