Join Aunt Leah’s innovative team as an Employment Support Worker. This temporary role helps equip youth with the necessary skills for successful employment outcomes while offering part-time flexibility.

You will be instrumental in offering individualized support to young adults as they navigate barriers to employment. Your tasks will include facilitating workshops, providing coaching on job application processes, and assisting participants in developing essential workplace skills. Collaboration with community resources will be key to enhancing participants' pathways toward training and employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized coaching and goal-setting strategies

• Lead employment-focused workshops and mock interview sessions

• Support participants in job search strategies

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of progress

• Help connect youth with relevant employment resources

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in social services or employment counselling

• Post-secondary qualifications or equivalent experience

• Criminal Record Check and First Aid Level C required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with community partners
