Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough social and psychosocial assessments
• Offer counselling during critical diagnosis and treatment periods
• Provide ongoing monitoring of clients' psychosocial conditions
• Collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Help clients access essential community services
Requirements:
• Master’s in Social Work and 2 years’ experience
• BC College of Social Workers registration
• Proficient in cancer care and psychosocial assessment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a versatile team setting
