Aunt Leah's Program Coordinator Position

Location: New Westminster

Aunt Leah's seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the Thresholds Program, supporting young mothers in their journey towards stability and growth. This role balances operational leadership with nurturing care.

Under the direction of the Manager of Supportive Housing Programs, you will provide guidance to staff and oversee program operations. You will ensure a safe and supportive environment while enhancing residents' life skills, community involvement, and personal development. Your leadership will create meaningful change for families in the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach front-line staff effectively

• Organize resident meetings and life skills assessments

• Maintain program resources and compliance

• Lead on-call support and respond to crises

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program outcomes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in Human Services or a related field

• Experience with mothers and children in housing settings

• Valid driver's license and insurance

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Training in First Aid and crisis intervention
