Youth Program Facilitator

Position: Youth Program Facilitator at Purpose Society
Join Purpose Society as a Facilitator at the Burnaby Youth Hub, focusing on enhancing youth health and development in a part-time capacity.

As a Facilitator at the Burnaby Youth Hub, you will manage operations and coordinate programs aimed at supporting youth aged 12-24. This role requires strong facilitation skills, experience in youth engagement, and the ability to maintain cooperative relationships with community organizations. You'll play a vital role in providing inclusive and impactful services tailored to diverse youth needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Youth Hub

• Organize and lead meetings and youth events

• Develop programs for at-risk youth populations

• Oversee outreach and promotion of services

• Support and collaborate with staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field

• Background in community services, especially youth-focused

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Organizational and time-management expertise

• Valid Class 5 license and access to a vehicle
