As part of Clio, you will shape the future of our Draft product. In this leadership role, your responsibilities will include collaborating with designers and product managers, crafting technical solutions, and actively engaging in code reviews. You will also support team members' career development through regular 1:1 meetings, contribute to hiring processes, and maintain a hands-on approach in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams for effective roadmaps
• Provide feedback on architecture and participate in code reviews
• Engage as a developer, contributing code and reviewing peers’ work
• Conduct regular 1:1s to nurture team growth and development
• Participate in hiring to expand the engineering team
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in software development, especially for SaaS
• Hands-on experience in software development processes
• Knowledge of tackling complex technical challenges
• Experience in hiring and mentoring engineering talent
• Growth mindset towards innovative processes and technologies
