Position: Technical Designer for Unreal Engine Games (New Westminster)
Location: New Westminster

Overview  Become a key player in game development with Offworld Industries as a Technical Designer, focusing on Unreal Engine-based multiplayer titles. Collaborate with designers and engineers to create immersive gameplay experiences. Offworld Industries is seeking a skilled Technical Designer to bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution. This role requires strong experience with UE5 Blueprints and a collaborative mindset to implement gameplay mechanics.

You will tackle design challenges, refine features, and support optimization efforts for our growing portfolio of games.
Responsibilities   Bridge communication between designers and engineers
Provide technical solutions to design problems
Design and prototype features in UE5 and Blueprints
Assist with debugging and optimizing game logic
Drive creation of technical design documentation
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in game development
2+ years in technical game design
Robust understanding of UE5 Blueprints
Excellent communication skills
Experience maintaining a live game product
