Join Fortinet’s Forti Client QA Team as a Software Release QA Specialist. Your main focus will be testing Forti Client across multiple platforms, ensuring product quality before release.
In this role, you will leverage your quality assurance skills within a team-oriented environment. With 3-5 years of software testing or development experience, you will utilize manual and automated testing techniques, writing test cases, and maintaining automation scripts. You'll work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects, while also producing essential documentation for product releases.
Key Responsibilities- Execute regression testing using manual and automated methods
- Write and maintain automation scripts
- Identify and document software defects
- Collaborate with developers on defect resolutions
- Document release notes and user guides
- 3-5 years of software testing or development experience
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols
- Experience in virtual machine environments like VMware
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and software development
