At 2K Sports Lab, we’re looking for a Senior Online Software Engineer to innovate multiplayer experiences leveraging Unreal Engine
5. This dynamic role encompasses solving networking complexities and collaborating across disciplines to enhance our games. Your technical depth and adaptability will be vital as we expand our ambitious goals in game development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize multiplayer experiences using UE5

• Tackle networking challenges to improve gameplay experience

• Collaborate with designers and programmers for feature implementation

• Maintain quality standards through rigorous code reviews

• Guide junior engineers and foster a positive culture

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of game development experience

• Proficient in C++ with networking expertise in UE5

• Background in developing large-scale games

• Knowledge of distributed architectures and low-latency concepts

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
