2K Sports Lab is on the lookout for an accomplished Lead Presentation Software Engineer to spearhead our game’s visual presentation. In this role, you will lead a diverse engineering team while maintaining a hands-on approach to developing cameras, crowd systems, and broadcast features. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, authentic presentations for players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineers in building UE5 presentation systems

• Develop cameras, replays, and broadcast-style features

• Drive systems for crowd and commentary atmospheres

• Collaborate with art and production teams for features

• Mentor engineers and manage their performance

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software engineering within game development

• Expertise in C++ and Python programming

• Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or equivalent

• Strong understanding of tech art and animation pipelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
