As a Technical Lead, you will own the solution design and execution of enterprise applications while ensuring high engineering quality at T2 Systems. Your expertise in Java, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable solutions will drive the team's success in complex project deliveries. You will balance technical leadership and mentoring while maintaining operational standards and improving software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation for platform features and services
• Translate requirements into technical delivery plans
• Manage full software development lifecycle processes
• Establish technical standards and ensure alignment with architecture
• Conduct troubleshooting for complex production issues
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Java development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Experience with microservice architectures and CI/CD
• Strong skills in database management and performance tuning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
