We're filling a pivotal role in our Information and Technology Services team with a Manager of Software Engineering. This position requires experienced leadership combined with a passion for modern software engineering. Your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while enhancing operational delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team
• Champion Agile methodologies and Dev Ops strategies
• Improve software delivery processes to meet business needs
• Drive collaboration between technical teams and business leaders
• Promote accountability and team engagement in projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related discipline
• 5-8 years in systems analysis and application support
• At least 3 years managing IT development resources
• Proficient in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
