As a Salesforce Developer, you will operate and enhance BCAA’s Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Your contributions will be crucial in delivering scalable and secure solutions that meet our strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and integrations

• Independently manage enhancements and technical issues

• Contribute technical insights during design discussions

• Perform thorough testing and code reviews regularly

• Coordinate releases with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3 years of experience with Salesforce development

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows

• Familiarity with Agile delivery teams

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
