In this strategic role, you will take charge of our Universal DDI Team at Infoblox, guiding the development of state-of-the-art SaaS solutions. Your primary focus will include managing agile teams, mentoring talent, and driving ambitious engineering projects that leverage microservice architecture. Emphasizing collaboration and best practices, you will create successful development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide multiple agile teams in continuous integration

• Drive product development from concept through delivery

• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards

• Prioritize resource allocation based on business needs

• Implement best practices for software design and development

Requirements:

• Over 15 years in software technology, including 5 in management

• Expertise in building effective SaaS development teams

• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies such as Docker and AWS

• Solid programming skills in languages like Go or Java

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or EE required
