In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership in developing enterprise applications while coaching engineers to achieve high standards in software quality. You will focus on leveraging your Java expertise and CI/CD practices, managing complexities through effective troubleshooting and clear technical guidance to improve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement key platform integrations and services
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Oversee the full software lifecycle from design to support
• Ensure technical direction aligns with best engineering practices
• Guide the team in resolving production-level issues
Requirements:
• 7+ years' experience in Java development
• 3+ years' experience in a technical lead role
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices
• Proficiency in enterprise-level database performance tuning
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or similar experience
Contribute your technical leadership and design skills to enhance T2 Systems' innovative solutions.
