As an experienced SDET, you will focus on designing and implementing scalable automated tests within our innovative team at OSI Maritime Systems.

Your role includes enforcing software engineering best practices, driving test strategies for distributed systems, and collaborating closely with Software Development and QA teams. You will also mentor junior SDETs to facilitate continuous improvements in test quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Python-based test automation frameworks and libraries

• Enforce best practices in software design and testing methodologies

• Troubleshoot test failures and drive continuous improvement

• Integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines for efficiency

• Guide process improvements with new testing techniques

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• 8+ years in software testing, 5+ years Python experience

• Knowledge of Agile practices and CI/CD methodologies

• Experience with embedded or networked systems

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
