Web Developer

We are seeking a Front-End Developer (Word Press) focused on rapid, high-quality website and landing page development.

This role is primarily execution-driven, with approximately 85% of time dedicated to building and deploying web pages, and the remainder supporting broader web development needs.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and BAT teams to translate requirements into polished, responsive, and high-performing web experiences.

The role also includes light backend support responsibilities, ensuring site stability, security, and performance.

This is a builder-first role—someone who can move fast, deliver clean work, and maintain strong technical and visual standards.

Front-End Development (Word Press) (Primary Focus – ~85%) Build and deploy Word Press websites, landing pages, and microsites with speed and precision Translate designs, wireframes, and business requirements into responsive, production-ready pages Customize and extend Word Press themes and templates using clean, maintainable code Ensure cross-browser compatibility , mobile responsiveness, and strong UX/UI execution Optimize pages for performance, SEO/GEO, and conversion effectiveness Work within modern CMS frameworks and page builders to deliver scalable page structures Collaboration & Execution Partner with Marketing and Product teams to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing updates Provide input on layout, usability, and interaction design to improve user experience Translate business needs into efficient, practical technical solutions Deliver work on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality Web Development & Backend Support (~15%) Support Word Press backend configuration , plugin management, and integrations Maintain site security, stability, and performance optimization Troubleshoot bugs, deployment issues, and production incidents Assist with hosting environments (Cloud Flare), server configurations (Apache), and deployments Ensure proper version control, backups, and release practices Education and Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in front-end web development , with a strong focus on Word Press Proven ability to build high-quality web pages quickly without compromising structure or performance Strong proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript PHP (Word Press theme and template development) Experience with:
Word Press CMS (themes, plugins, and page builders) Responsive design and modern UI/UX best practices Performance optimization and SEO fundamentals Familiarity with:
Apache web server environments Cross-platform development (Windows / macOS) Working knowledge of:
Site security, stability, and backend support practices Experience with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma, or similar ) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Advantage Hands-on experience with Elementor for rapid, flexible page building (strong advantage) Experience supporting marketing-driven websites and campaign landing pages Familiarity with headless Word Press or modern front-end frameworks Basic understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations Exposure to Various CMS platforms Success Profile Execution-focused with a high-output mindset Strong eye for layout, spacing, and visual polish Balances speed with clean, maintainable structure Comfortable working in a marketing-driven environment with tight timelines Takes ownership from build to deployment , ensuring reliability and performance Salary Range : $65,700 to $85,500 CAD + Eligibility for Profit Sharing Program Participation (pending successful completion of probationary period and based on business performance) Perks and Benefits Health Benefits :
