As a self-motivated Firmware Engineer, you’ll be pivotal in the design and development of Switchtec™ PCI Express solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging C programming and embedded systems expertise to create and validate firmware.

Your role involves mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the highest standards through documentation and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product requirements and design firmware for embedded systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design and implementation reviews

• Lead firmware integration, verification, and troubleshooting efforts

• Develop documentation supporting engineering and customer needs

• Mentor junior engineers on firmware processes and improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering

• 15+ years in Embedded Software development

• Proficient in C and assembly languages

• Expertise in SoC, RTOS, and firmware development

• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
