This hybrid role focuses on guiding the evolution of BCAA’s Guidewire platform to the Cloud, requiring senior-level expertise in configuration and integrations. You will drive quality delivery across Policy Center, Billing Center, and their integrations, serving as a technical authority and mentor to fellow developers.
Your role is critical in supporting the organization's transformation objectives while ensuring long-term platform sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the authority on Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center
• Provide oversight on configurations, integrations, and cloud solutions
• Validate code and solution designs against Guidewire standards
• Deliver hands-on Guidewire Studio configurations and extensions
• Mentor developers and support team capability building
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years in Guidewire development
• Active Guidewire certification required
• Proficiency in Gosu and Java
• Experience with cloud-based implementations
