Join our Digital Technology team in Burnaby, BC, and play a crucial role in developing BCAA's Task Marketplace mobile application. You will engage in tasks that involve scalable, secure, and user-friendly design across iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with Product Owners and external partners to guide the mobile platform's technical direction while ensuring reliable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile features using Flutter

• Build secure and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android

• Develop real-time messaging and scheduling functionalities

• Partner with teams on technical architecture and integration solutions

• Conduct code reviews and support team mentorship

Requirements:

• 4+ years in mobile app development for iOS and Android

• 3+ years using Flutter and Dart

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Solid understanding of Swift and Kotlin

• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
