Lead C, C++, and Python software delivery at OSI Maritime Systems while guiding feature teams developing mission-critical navigation and tactical solutions.
As Software Development Manager, you will combine hands-on technical leadership, team development, and delivery accountability. You will guide requirements, design, implementation, testing, and release while coordinating developers, testers, and Technical Team Leads. Your work supports reliable, high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end software development from requirements through release
- Provide technical direction and prioritize work across feature teams
- Ensure designs meet architectural standards and quality expectations
- Identify technical risks early and protect delivery
- Mentor engineers and improve testing, automation, and practices
- Seven or more years of software development experience
- Technical leadership experience with strong C, C++, or Python skills
- Experience developing Windows-based applications
- Understanding of software design, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering
