As a Senior AI Native Software Engineer, you solve customer problems by orchestrating AI agents instead of writing code directly. Build products end-to-end across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure. Your work spans automation, product development, analytics, and secure delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Build applications, workflow automations, and basic agents
Translate customer needs into specifications and deployed solutions
Instrument products and iterate using usage and outcome data
Evaluate AI output for security, privacy, reliability, and quality
Document prompts, approaches, and reusable team patterns
Requirements:
Proficiency with AI coding agents
Ability to write and refine effective prompts
Understanding of full-stack applications and infrastructure
Familiarity with APIs, databases, queues, and web architectures
Ability to interpret usage, conversion, and error metrics
Bring AI orchestration, full-stack understanding, and product judgment to ship robust customer solutions at Remitly.
