This senior full-stack engineering role focuses on building applications, workflow automations, and basic agents with AI coding agents. You will translate requirements into deployments, instrument outcomes, and evaluate generated output. The work spans frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, prompts, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Build applications, workflow automations, and basic agents end-to-end
Translate customer needs into specifications and deployed solutions
Track usage and outcomes, then iterate based on findings
Evaluate output for security, privacy, reliability, and quality
Document prompts, approaches, and effective patterns for teammates
Requirements:
Proficiency with AI coding agents for application development
Ability to write effective prompts and iterate results
Understanding of full-stack applications and infrastructure
Familiarity with web applications, APIs, databases, and queues
Ability to interpret usage, conversion, and error metrics
