Courier - $1500 hiring bonus! (Evergreen) (Open)

Position Summary:

To provide courteous and efficient pick‑up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

• High school diploma/educational equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment
• Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs

Must be available to work Mon‑Sat (5 days a week for part time and full time)

$23.75/hr + $1500 hiring bonus ($500 after 60 days, $500 after 180 days, $500 after 1 year), weekly pay checks, benefits package, employee discount, tuition reimbursement.

Other duties as assigned, complete mandatory testing and training, operate in a PC Windows environment, maintain annual accreditations, and work varying shifts based on business needs. If the incumbent resides in Quebec, must be bilingual (French & English). Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record with two or fewer violations or accidents in the past 24 months.

Assessment will consider driver abstract, interview performance, and driver competency assessments.
