Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will focus on both inbound and outbound shipments. Key responsibilities include issuing shipping documents, providing accurate freight quotes, and ensuring compliance with special delivery requirements. Additionally, you'll monitor discrepancies and manage all necessary logistics documentation for optimized operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue packing slips and bills of lading for orders

• Provide accurate freight quotes for shipping methods

• Coordinate shipments and effectively track deliveries

• Manage freight claims and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with customs specialists for documentation

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of logistics experience

• Strong knowledge of customs and trade compliance

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases
