Position: Full-Time Service Dispatcher at OpenRoad

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch work to service technicians for efficiency

• Open and manage new car PDI work orders

• Work with the detailing department to ensure workflow

• Assist Service Advisors with customer invoicing

• Maintain high levels of dealer CSI and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Basic technical vehicle knowledge preferred

• Strong report preparation and record maintenance skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
