Position: Dispatcher for TRAXX Coach lines

In this full-time Dispatcher role, you will coordinate the daily scheduling of motor coach operators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. You are vital to the TRAXX team, collaborating with Dispatch Coordinators and Duty Managers to support transport activities. Your strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills will help maintain a smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day motor coach operator schedules

• Maintain vehicle location and driver assignment records

• Communicate with drivers regarding trip-related information

• Address transportation operation issues with various departments

• Prepare reports and documentation on transportation activities

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of dispatching experience in transportation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation software

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Western Canada routes

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
